Practise tradingwith a plan.
Paper-trade NSE and BSE with ₹10,00,000 in virtual money. Every trade needs a stop loss and a target, and you see your maximum loss before you place it. Replay past sessions, and compete in live Battles.
See a paper trade from start to finish.
Pick a stock, drag your stop and target, and watch every rule get checked before the order goes through. Then the trade exits at its target on its own.
One loop, every trade.
Move the stop. Watch the trade change.
Your position size comes from your risk, not from a hunch. Drag the stop loss and TradhaLab recalculates size, maximum loss and risk/reward. Below 1 : 1.5, the trade is blocked.
= floor(₹1,200 ÷ ₹30.00) = 40
Enforced on every trade, not suggested.
A winning trade can still lose money.
Every paper trade pays STT, stamp duty, exchange charges, brokerage and DP charges, the same way a real one would. When the costs are bigger than the gross profit, the trade shows as a loss.
The orders a real desk gives you, with the discipline it doesn't.
Everything fills at TradhaLab's latest trusted price and pays the same estimated costs a real trade would. Nothing is ever sent to an exchange.
Real NSE and BSE data, ticking live.
About 2,800 NSE stocks, NIFTY 50, Bank, Midcap 150, Smallcap 250, sector indexes and SENSEX. Search any symbol and open its chart.
Same capital. Same rules. Best return wins.
Create a challenge and invite friends with a link, or open it to everyone. Every trader starts with the same virtual capital for one NSE session, or a whole week. Talk it through in the room's chat, watch the leaderboard move, and build a trader profile with badges.
Practise on days that already happened.
Pick a stock and a past session. Candles are revealed one at a time, with no peeking ahead. Plan a trade long or short, size it against your own limits, and see how it played out in R. Then review it: did you follow your plan?
Every trade teaches something. Keep the lesson.
Each closed trade is filed with its plan, costs, net P&L and R multiple. Review whether you followed the plan, see what your exits say on the dashboard and the performance page, and take it all into a spreadsheet.
What changes when the plan comes first.
Traders on their first months with TradhaLab, and the one number each of them watches.
I used to size a trade by how confident I felt. Now the stop decides the size, and I can't send an order below 1 : 1.5. Three months in, my losing days are half the size they were.
The review after every trade is the feature. Answering "did you follow your plan?" honestly, 40 times, taught me more than any course.
Replaying a session candle by candle, with no idea what comes next, is humbling. My entries are later now, and better.
Seeing STT and stamp duty eat a ₹55 profit into a ₹6 loss on paper was the cheapest lesson I've had about scalping.
A weekly Battle with four friends, same capital, same rules. Losing to the one who took the fewest trades made the point.
Questions
Is this real money?
No. Every trade on TradhaLab uses virtual money. You start with ₹10,00,000 in paper capital, and no real order is ever sent to an exchange or broker.
Do I need a broker account?
No. You do not need a demat or trading account to use TradhaLab. Sign up and start paper trading straight away. You can reset your account at any time.
Where does the market data come from?
TradhaLab shows real quotes and live ticks from NSE and BSE, covering about 2,800 NSE stocks and the major indexes, including NIFTY 50, Bank, Midcap 150, Smallcap 250, sector indexes and SENSEX.
Can I short sell or use limit orders?
Yes. A limit order waits for your price and fills at it or better; a short sale sells first and is bought back by the 3:15 pm square-off. Both go through the same stop loss, target and risk checks as any other trade.
What are Trading Battles?
Paper-trading challenges against other traders. Everyone starts with the same virtual capital for one NSE session or a whole week, trades by the challenge's risk rules, and the highest return wins. Challenges can be private, by invite link, or open to everyone.
Can I take my trades elsewhere?
Yes. Trade History exports every closed trade as a CSV file, with prices, each cost, net P&L, the R multiple and your review, ready for Excel or Google Sheets.
Is it free?
Yes. Everything is free during the beta. Start paper trading with ₹10,00,000 in virtual money, no broker account needed.
What does beta mean?
TradhaLab is new, and we're testing it with early traders. Everything is free, some things may be rough or change, and what you report gets fixed first. Your virtual money and trades carry on as we improve it. Inside the app, "Give feedback" lets you rate it and tell us what to fix.
